At Speed Cleaning™, we stand by the quality of our professional-grade tools and supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your eligibility.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your package and ship it to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
